We provide a one-on-one service. When we prepare to do your order,
it is the only job that we are building at that time. This will insure that the focus is on you.

| PAINTING DONE ON PREMISES |
- We use only outdoor UV primer and 3 coats of paint.
- If stain is requested, it will have 2
clear coats.
- Price adjustment if bare wood requested.
- Paint is UV protected. Primer
and 2 coats.
- Each BIRDHOUSE, MAILBOX, ETC., are built only when all sizes,
colors and styles are agreed upon.
- All wood is of Maple, Birch or pine and is 3/4"
stock.
- Roofing is actual roof shingles that are cut to suit.
- Hole sizes are
drilled according to the type of birds in your area.
- Pricing is determined
after all information is received and approved.
- All birdhouses are designed to be mounted on a 4 x 4 pole 10-0 long.(not
included)
