CHURCH = $475.00 This CHURCH DESIGN
was custom built to match the church that a couple of 25 years were married in. It was a gift from their children. Built with
3/4" pine. It is coated with oil base primer and two (2) coats of UV house paint. The roof and towers are covered with
copper sheeting and molding is made of PVC. The top of the base is covered with vinyl to allow this birdhouse to last outdoors

FERRIS WHEEL = $625.00 This FERRIS
WHEEL is constructed of 2" thick cedar to prevent any rot. It holds six (6) BIRDHOUSES measuring
5" x 7" x 8"H. The spindles are 3/4" round with a 5" diameter center hub. There is a one inch
PVC pipe through the center hub giving it a look that the wheels will actually turn, (THEY DO NOT). The wheels are 36' diameter
making the height approx. 42". The roofs are actual house shingles cut to suit. The colors are of choice. The paint is

CAROSEL =625.00 This beautiful CAROSEL,
(Merry-Go-Round), is such a unique and extremely different style for a BIRDHOUSE. It
was my biggest challenge, especially the roof. The top was constructed of sunbrella convas stretched tightly and attached
at twelve points with stainless steel screws through gromets. The company which was able to handle the task was NAUTILUX CUSTOM
CANVAS, LLC. His Website is www.nautiluxcanvas.com and his name is Darren. I designed the top and bottom rings with 36" cedar of 2" stock. The spindles are 3/4"
cedar with a 5" hub in the center. The distance between the rings are held together by 12 rods 3/8" diameter with
double-nuts on the threaded ends. On six (6) of the rods there are various animals. These range from the typical
horse, to lions, tigers and bears, (oh my!). There are six (6) birdhouses equally spaced and painted in bright carosel
colors. If you perfer to paint it yourself, deduct $100.00 off the total
price.This is designed for year-round display and comes in your choice of canvas colors and various designs for

PURPLE MARTIN =425.00 This BIRDHOUSE
houses up to 9 families. It is custom designed to house a perticular type of bird. The special bird is the "PURPLE MARTIN".
It is a larger bird and is very territorial. There are 4 porches around the base and perches on each of the 5 roofs. This
measures 30" x 30" x 28" high and is made of 3/4" pine. Painted with oil base primer and 3 coats of UV
house paint. This is for year-round display with low maintenance. It should be placed high and with a 30' radius of open area.

ROCK HOUSE = $250.00 This "ROCK
HOUSE" is an extremely different BIRDHOUSE. It is a three (3) family dwelling with 3/4" thick
exterior walls covered exclusively with earth-tone rocks. The roof is actual house shingles cut to 2" strips and overlaped
for water drainage. The rock-house is totally maintenance-free. It measures 18" x 12" x 24"H. The size can
vary upon request, however fees may apply due to the quantity of rocks required. This is one of my most UNIQUE and UNUSUAL
designs and this rock-style can be applied to almost any of my projects.

LG. GAZEEBO = $500.00 This 16 family
BIRDHOUSE dwelling is a familiar sight. There are many gazebos in yards, parks and top of decks. It can be painted or
stained. Painted: oil base primer and 3 coats UV protected house paint. Stained:coated with 2 coats of UV protected clear
coat. The gazebo measures 42" diameter base and 36" diameter structure. The two levels consists of 8 homes and is
constructed of 3/4" birch and 1/2" birch for walls and roof. The exterior dividers are 2" square with 1/2"

SM. GAZEEBO = $275.00 This gazebo is
the perfect size for any location. The 4 family dwelling faces out in all directions for all to view. It can be made
into a fancy MAILBOX too at an additional cost. It is made of 3/4" base and roof with 1/2" birch walls
and measures 18" diameter and approximately 20" high. The corners are approx. 2" square with 1/2" tracks
for walls to slide in. The walls are painted with oil base primer and 2 coats of UV protected house paint, stained with 2

FLAG HOUSE = $275.00 Here is a great
way to display your flag year-round. This BIRDHOUSE is a 6 family dwelling and can be viewed from both sides. The flag
is proportioned to specifications and is made with PVC white stripes, birch for the blue and 3/4" pine for the remainder
of the construction. All molding is made of vinyl and the roof is commercial rolled-roofing. The measurements are 12"
x 20" x 16"H. This can also be made into a MAILBOX too. There would be a door on one side with stainless-steel

HOUSE REPLICA = $600.00++ (varies according to design) This style of BIRDHOUSE
is the main interest to most. This is designed to match your own home or a home from a picture. It is scaled at 1/2"
= 1'-0". If you view the picture above, notice the house in the background, the birdhouse is an exact replica. This makes
it unique and different from anyone else. Pricing varies according to the amount of detail needed in your particular design.
This one has room for 16 families and is made of all 3/4"stock. The base is covered with white aluminum and the roof
is strips of actual roof shingles. This has caused the most conversation with the neighbors and friends alike. The measurements

PYRAMID - $600.00 This elaborate BIRDHOUSE design
is a one-of-a-kind, out-of-this-world exclusive. Ten separate houses with their own signature, layered in the style of a pyramid.
Each house has its own color and 6" peek. The roof varies and the molding can vary according to desire. The 3"hollow
rectangular base provides a square hole for the 4 x 4 x 10-0 pole, (not included), to slide inside and bolted completely through
for strength. The arms are 3/4" pine with routed edges for style. Each house is a different color combination with an
oil-base primer and 2 coats of UV protected house paint. You may request "not painted" and this will lower the total
price by $150.00. This measures 36" long and 36" high.

PAGOTA = $600.00 This is the fanciest BIRDHOUSE
on my property. This is a China style PAGOTA. It houses 21 families and is 48" high. The two level base is 24" square,
the middle is 12" square and the top is 6" square. All molding is in the style of the Dragon and may vary according
to availability. Painted red, black and gold with one coat of oil-base primer and 3 coats of UV protected house paint. If
you perfer to paint yourself, a $150.00 deduction will apply.The roofs
are commercial grade roofing and construction is all 3/4" stock. Everyone will do a double-take with this in your yard.

WELCOME STAND = $225.00 This is a front
yard, side yard, back yard or deck mounted item. It displays a BLANK hanging routed sign to have your desired words or
designs with a small white pickett fence. On top is a solid 3/4" pine BIRDHOUSE . This is an attractive item
and it has a number of ways it can be used. It stands about 48" high and has eye-hooks in the base to attach to ground

MAILBOX = $425.00 Here is an item everyone
loves and of course we all need. This is a large size MAILBOX that measures 15" wide x 22" deep x 15" high.
This will hold most of your mail flat. The door is 9" wide so mail slides out without having to be folded. It has flower-boxes
on both sides, (flowers not included), windows and a red flag on side, (left or right). A 5" x 5" vinyl post, (not
included), which slips over an existing 4 x 4 post, (not included). There is an OPTIONAL 18"
diameter pot at base to be filled with dirt or rock if available, (ADDITIONAL $75.00

LIGHTHOUSE stands 4 feet tall. It is made of exterior T-111 siding. Light is displayed by timer which is included, or

birdhouse is secured inside the well-known shape we call, the "SUPPORT YOUR TROUPS RIBBON". The one shown is 24"
